How do I place my account on vacation?

You can place your account on and remove it from vacation status at any time.  You just need to be logged into your BiblioDirect bookseller menu.


If your account is not on vacation, login to your BiblioDirect bookseller menu and scroll down to the heading "My Account". You will see a link called "Go on vacation".  When you click that link, you will be taken to a page where you may schedule your account to go on and come off of vacation status on specific dates.


If your account is already on vacation status, log in and scroll down to the heading "My Account" and you will see a link called "You are currently on vacation / Return from vacation". Just click on that, and you will be taken to a page where you may confirm that you want your books to be returned from vacation.


You can schedule vacations for up to three months. If you need to temporarily remove your listings from Biblio for longer than three months, contact us at bookseller-support@biblio.com.


You can return your account from vacation at any time, regardless of any vacation schedule you have set up. Please allow 2 - 3 hours for all of your listings to be fully indexed into searches after returning from vacation.



PLEASE NOTE: While your bookseller account is set to vacation status, you must still provide for communication regarding orders that have already been processed.
