How do I leave feedback about a bookseller or Biblio?

After you place an order on Biblio, we'll give you a few weeks to receive your order, and then we'll check in with a follow-up email to make sure you received everything in good order as expected.



Even if those follow-up requests haven't arrived yet, we are always open to hearing about your order or bookseller. You can always send your comments or complaints to our team at support@biblio.com.
