How do I check the status of an order?

Click here to check the status of an order you have recently placed.  If you are not already logged into Biblio, you will need your password (if you have an account). 


If you don't have a Biblio account, no worries. You may still use the link above and check the status of your order. All you need to have is your order number and delivery postal code. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.

 

If you have further questions regarding the status of your order, please contact the bookseller from whom you made the purchase. Their contact information will also be located in your e-mail confirmation.


If you are unable to access your email confirmation, or if you have trouble reaching the bookseller, you may also contact us at support@biblio.com for more help and information concerning the status of your order. Please do so within 30 days of the original order delivery date estimate to take advantage of our 30-day order guarantee.
