The booksellers on Biblio provide their own shipping rates and delivery estimates for their inventory. Your order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will include the estimated delivery dates and any tracking information provided by the seller, and those details are also in your order history if you have a registered account.


If you placed an order and have not received it by the last day of the estimated delivery date, here are a few things to try:


Log into your registered account on Biblio and click on "View order history" from your account menu to see more details about shipped orders, including estimated delivery date range and tracking information, if it is available. 


If there is no tracking, you can use the bookseller's e-mail address in your order details to inquire with them directly. If you have not received an email response to your message within 24-48 hours, let us know by writing us at support@biblio.com for more assistance.

If you need Biblio to intervene and mediate:


You can always write an email to support@biblio.com to inquire about your order. Please make sure to give us your order number or the email address used to place the order so we can find the pertinent details. We will send a query to the bookseller on your behalf and copy you in that message. The bookseller should be able to answer any questions that you have regarding the shipment of your order.   


If you have not received an email response to your message within 24-48 hours of our sending the inquiry, simply reply to the inquiry and let us know.  We'll be happy to follow up with the bookseller on your behalf.
