Sometimes, due to errors in bank routing numbers or account numbers, you may not receive your direct deposit from Biblio for credit card processing.


It takes our bank about 5 business days to notify us of this, at which time, we will e-mail you.


If you have not received your direct deposit after five business, check your bank account information by clicking on "Update how Biblio pays me" in your Biblio Direct Menu. If the information looks correct, or if you make any changes, please e-mail our Billing Team at billing@Biblio.com, and we will promptly look into the matter for you.
