We love free shipping, customers love free shipping, and you might too! Free shipping is one of the most effective ways to increase your sales.
Many booksellers are extremely successful when offering this. You can offer free shipping based on shipping zone/speed by making changes to your shipping matrix, or you can create a temporary book sale. Your book sale can be created with free shipping offered alone or in combination with a book price discount.

How do I offer Free Shipping?
To offer free shipping to your customers by shipping zone/speed, go to your shipping matrix and change the appropriate values to 0.00, or leave them blank.
When you enter a zero or leave blank any rate field of your shipping matrix, all orders shipped to that zone at that speed will be placed with free shipping.
Free shipping and Location?
Many sellers choose to offer free shipping only domestically, or to their own zone, at standard shipping speed, so that the free shipping offer remains cost-effective.
That means if you are a UK seller you would enter zero in the 1st book field in the Standard column of the UK zone. If you are a US seller, you would enter a zero in the 1st book field in the Standard column of the US zone.
Free shipping, but more than one book?
You may want to include a modest shipping charge for additional books in the same order or leave the Additional book field blank to offer free shipping on all items in the same order.
