If you receive a notice that there has been an error with your upload, this generally means that your upload was in a format that our system was unable to understand (e.g., a file such as .xls, or an executable file, such as .exe), or that we were unable to build a filter for your upload for another reason.


First, check the file you sent.  If you can find no errors, please email us at bookseller-support@biblio.com to request assistance with the error message.
