All booksellers on BIBLIO have an FTP account automatically set up for them.  You can use your BIBLIO FTP account to upload inventory data and book photos to BIBLIO.

To view your existing BIBLIO FTP username and/or change your FTP password, use the Upload Settings link in your BiblioDirect Bookseller menu.

Under the "My Books" heading, you'll see a box called "Add or Edit Inventory".  Inside that box is a link called "Upload Settings".

Please note that your FTP login password and your BiblioDirect Bookseller menu login password are entirely separate.  For information about changing your BiblioDirect bookseller menu login password, click How do I change my login password?.

If you use an automated inventory management service such as The Art of Books, Fillz, Basil, or Indaba, they will need to know your Biblio FTP information in order to get you set up correctly.  You can also enable FTP order management on that page if you are using a service that includes that component.

If you plan to change your upload format, you can also use that page to request that your upload filter be adjusted based on the format of your next upload.  Please do this just before you send the upload which is in a different format from your previous upload.
