What is the policy for responding to customer inquiries?

As stated in our bookseller agreement, all BIBLIO customer inquiries or emails should be answered within 2 business days.

If we receive repeated notices from customers that a bookseller has not responded to inquiries, we may need to remove the seller's listings from our active inventory, until any issues are resolved.
