How do I get a download of my BIBLIO inventory?

Modified on Thu, 19 Oct, 2023 at 12:42 PM

Login to your BiblioDirect Seller Tools menu and click on the Inventory tab at the top of the page. One of the options you will see in the drop-down menu is Download listings

After you confirm your request for a download, we'll need a little time to generate your file.  You will receive an email containing a link for retrieving the file.  The file will be a Tab-delimited .txt file and can be opened using a spreadsheet program such as Excel.

The download will include only listings that are currently active on BIBLIO. The data will be limited to what we save from your uploads and display with your listings.  Some pieces of information that you may have uploaded, such as your location code or your cost of goods, will not be included in the download.  Here are the fields that will be included:

Book ID (sometimes also called an inventory number or SKU)

Author

Title

Subtitle

Description

Price

Status (for sale or sold)

First edition boolean (yes or no)

Signed boolean (yes or no)

Format (sometimes referred to as Binding)

DJ present boolean (yes or no)

Publisher

Date of publication

Place of publication

Edition

ISBN

Condition

DJ Condition

Illustrator

Keywords (if there are multiple keywords they will appear separated by commas)

Quantity

Catalogs (up to eight separate catalog fields per listing)

If you need to retrieve data you've uploaded to us which is not included in this list, or you want a file that also includes inactive listings which have not been purged from our database, contact us at bookseller-support@biblio.com with your request and we'll do our best to work with you on getting that data.
