Login to your Bookseller menu and locate the order. You must first mark the order shipped if it is not marked as shipped already. For information about locating and managing your orders click here


After you have marked an order shipped, you will see two boxes. One says, "NEXT: Add a tracking number" and the other says "Shipping via (e.g.: FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.)". Enter the tracking number in the first box and the shipping service in the second box, then click "Update" to save those details. An email containing this tracking information will automatically be sent to the customer.
