What if my shipment is lost in mail?

The bookseller is responsible for the delivery of each order to the correct customer.

The bookseller's primary objective is to ensure the safe delivery of all books to their designated shipping destinations. It is important to note that while we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot assume responsibility for books that may be lost during shipment or are not received by the customer for any other reason. In such instances, we will promptly refund the customer for the entire purchase amount, and the bookseller will not receive payment for the affected item(s).

To enhance the reliability of deliveries, we highly encourage the utilization of insurance or delivery verification methods when shipping books to customers. These additional safeguards can help protect both parties and ensure a smoother and more secure transaction process.
